If I collapse them all into one line WITH a space the file loads in 5.4.19 and 5.4.20. In the original file there is a carriage return on the lines that were missing. So again, I would think this was a change in the multi-line parsing for insert statements. Adding the “extra” space prior to the carriage return would likely resolve this yes, but the parser did correctly handle the carriage return in 5.4.19. As there was a backport of a change into 5.4.20 in this area, can someone take a peek and see what changed in that improvement?
