In org.jboss.seam.faces.Navigator.java the includeConversationId variable is currently
hardcoded to true.

This should be made configurable so that one can redirect and optionally have the cid not
included ie.
<redirect view-id="/somePage.xhtml" includeConversationId="false"
/>
