[wildfly-dev] WildFly 31 Beta1 is released!

Ho, ho, ho! Thanks to a lot of hard work from so many of you, WildFly 31.0.0.Beta1 is now available for download from https://www.wildfly.org/downloads/ and the Galleon feature packs for the release are available in JBoss Nexus ( https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/repositories/public). Information about the release is in the release notes at https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/releases/tag/31.0.0.Beta1. We're aiming to have WildFly 31.0.0.Final available on January 25.
