We're aiming to have WildFly 35.0.0.Final available on wildfly.org on Thursday, January 9. The beta should be available on December 12. Following are the key dates: Wed Dec 4 -- Feature Freeze. Mergeable feature PRs due Mon Dec 9 -- WF Core Beta release Wed Dec 11 -- Tag/deploy 35 Beta Thu Dec 12 -- Announce release Wed Dec 18 -- Mergeable Final PRs due Thu Jan 2 -- Last minute PRs for Final due Mon Jan 6 -- WF Core Final release Wed Jan 8 -- Tag/deploy 35 Final Thu Jan 9 -- Release available on wildfly.org Fri Jan 10 -- Post release deliverables As usual, there is a longer period between the beta and the final for the January release. This results in two deadlines for PRs for the final. The Dec 18 date is the normal date, two weeks after the feature freeze. That's the deadline everyone should work toward. Then there's a Jan 2 date to pick up fixes for any critical issues that popped up after Dec 18. Promote MicroProfile REST Client 4.0 from Preview to Default

Hello All, I am working on promoting the MicroProfile REST Client version 4.0 from the preview stability level to default [1][2]. This is a pretty simple migration with some changes to how the TCK runs and components upgrades. I still need an outside perspective if anyone is interested. WildFly 34.0.0.Final is released

WildFly 34.0.0.Final is now available at https://wildfly.org/downloads and in Maven. The focus for new stuff is in WildFly Preview this time, including Jakarta Data 1.0, MicroProfile REST Client 4.0 and MicroProfile Telemetry 2.0. Input needed for integrating MP Reactive Messaging and OpenTelemetry [WFLY-19837][WFLY-19836]

Add support for webservice throttling feature

Hi all, Just to let you know, I'd like to add the webservice throttling feature support in WFLY: https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly-proposals/issues/631 Sinace CXF throttling feature provides the capablity to limit the request traffic to the webservice endpoint: https://github.com/apache/cxf/tree/main/distribution/src/main/release/sam..., it's good to have this support in the WFLY webservice subsystem. In the future WFLY release, I am going to change the webservice integration and jbossws components to get this supported and documentation ready for this feature.
