What this means is that the server will build a 'feature pack' in the
core-feature-pack module. This feature pack is then extracted into a
complete server in the build and dist directories. The full version of
Wildfly will consume this feature pack, rather than a complete server
build.
Any questions please ask myself or Eduardo (as he has been working on
the tooling for this).
