Hello everyone, As we were looking into the WildFly repository, we realized that we don't have a CONTRIBUTING.md file that can help the new contributors with contribution guidelines for our project. It appears to be that we already have a similar kind of document present inside the repo here <https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/blob/main/docs/src/main/asciidoc/_hack...;. But as a best OSS practice, the WildFly repo should have a separate CONTRIBUTING.md file and we should also add good first issue <https://issues.redhat.com/browse/WFLY-15654?filter=12403174> filter there. So, my idea is to create a new fresh document and combine everything together and put it as CONTRIBUTING.md at the repository's root. We have a Jira issue <https://issues.redhat.com/browse/WFLY-17242> to take care of it.
