I have a question regarding this warning: 'Operation Summary should be less than 120
characters.'
Is there a length restriction on the description field in the OpenAPI specification?

Yes there is. You can find it in the specification here:

However, they removed that language from the OpenAPI 3.0 specification. It
looks like we're applying that rule to both versions of the spec, which is
incorrect. I'll open an issue.
