To clarify, please use the attachment jsr88-remote-containers.zip as it's a much
better implementation and includes a test. The only thing I haven't worked out in the
test is how to get a remote GlassFish instance started. I've just been starting it
manually in the background. We may need to use Maven pre- and post-integration steps.
