I guess in such a case when I can start/stop/kill server instances all the tests will need
to run in Client mode (@RunAsClient) since the test will stop/kill its own container in
which it runs so it would fail anyway.
Inject container references in the test to start/stop containers

Useful to test HA configuration and failover.
Start 3 instances of JBoss AS in cluster mode target one of them and be able to kill it
and start new nodes on demand to test failover.
