I'd prefer that the releases to be done by the component developers
themselves. But if all you require is a bump in the versions, I can do
it, as I'll have to send a PR for Accounts to all projects anyway.

Sorry, it seems I was rather unclear. The Metrics team *will* release
Metrics 0.13. I was talking about the commit needed in Hawkular master
branch to update the Metrics version property.
