For interest of the public, this is of particular interest for Hibernate 2LC where each
entity/collection is kept in a separate cache instance.
A DefaultSharedExecutorFactory is needed

... which uses a common executor for all caches in a cache manager. This should be the
default executor factory used, to prevent multiple eviction threads, etc., one for each
cache in a cache manager.
