[JBoss JIRA] (ISPN-8344) DSL queries filtering only on type are always executed without index
by Adrian Nistor (JIRA)
[ https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ISPN-8344?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.... ]
Adrian Nistor updated ISPN-8344:
--------------------------------
Description:
This happens if the WHERE clause is empty or a tautology (true). In this case the query is wrongly executed unindexed even though the index should be at least used for filtering on type.
The query
{code}
FROM org.infinispan.test.Person
{code}
or
{code}
qf.from(Person.class).build();
{code}
is such a case

[JBoss JIRA] (ISPN-8370) Offheap does not expire entries created by the Rest server
by Gustavo Fernandes (JIRA)
[ https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ISPN-8370?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.... ]
Gustavo Fernandes updated ISPN-8370:
------------------------------------
Description:
The Rest server creates a special kind of metadata, e.g. {{MimeMetadata}} which is ignored by the offheap datacontainer causing it to discard the creation time for the entry.
Apart from that, expiration is only done via the reaper, and not when entry is acessed like the DefaultDataContainer.

The Rest server creates a special kind of metadata, e.g. ```MimeMetadata``` which is ignored by the offheap datacontainer causing it to discard the creation time for the entry.
Apart from that, expiration is only done via the reaper, and not when entry is acessed like the DefaultDataContainer.
