PotgresPlus is fixed in 4.3.0.Beta4 (tracking JIRA is [HHH-8349|https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-8349]), Oracle12c is fixed in Hibernate 5.0.0 (tracking JIRA is [HHH-9044|https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-9044])
