[keycloak-user] Login Theme Development / Deployment

Hi, I have found in the examples folder there is a "sunrise" login theme. My question is what is the workflow for developing one of these themes for Keycloak? Once I have a keycloak server deployed, how do I update login themes? Thanks, Josh
