[keycloak-user] Updating Default Admin-Initiated Action Lifespan

Maybe I'm being dense but how do you change the Default Admin-Initiated Action Lifespan? It's documented here: https://keycloak.gitbooks.io/documentation/server_admin/topics/sessions/t... but even in that documentation the screenshot does not show those options present. They are not present in the UI as far as I can tell. I'm running 3.1.0. What am I missing?
