[keycloak-user] add configuration options to an EventListenerProvider

Hello, I'm working on this MQTT-based event listener: https://github.com/mhuin/keycloak-event-listener-mqtt and I would like to have the possibility to add configuration options for this provider in the standalone.xml file.
