[keycloak-user] Implementation of Policy Provider Service Provider Interface

The Authorization documentation says that Keycloak supports different access control mechanisms including (Support for custom access control mechanisms (ACMs) through a Policy Provider Service Provider Interface (SPI)). Which class do I need to extend to implement this SPI. Currently I’m on version 3.4.3.Final.
