Hm, is there a way for me to define a datasource on the
keycloak-server.json?
I know I can specify the JNDI of the datasource I want to use, but can I
configure one there too?

You can either pass system properties for it, that's what our tests do. Or
edit the keycloak-server.json it uses directly.
