I'm trying to figure out what I should even think of putting for
{attr}... the api docs don't describe it.

For saml? Its not really documented sorry:
saml.signing
saml.encryption
A lot of this REST API was really only designed for the admin UI.

maybe that'll get the same result, but not looking for saml. I
basically wanted a programmatic way to grab the public key for
decoding JWTs in Spring OAuth.... JwtAccessTokenConverter class.
