I've got no clue about the Angular2 example, but with Angular this can happen if sso login is required and it fails for some reason and can also happen if Angular bootstrapping happens at the same time as Keycloak (by using ng-app rather than having manual bootstrapping of Angular). The Angular2 example is community contributed at the moment, but we are expecting to have something maintained by us in the nearish feature. We may even have a proper Angular2 adapter.
