Resolution: Done
Fixed in revision 3338. Changing the webbeans-core dependencies from 'runtime' to
'provided' makes the WebBeansBootstrap class available at runtime when using mvn
-Drun, and 'provided' makes sense since these are designed as JSR-299-independent
extensions.
