I’ve tried to add users both non-interactively and interactively and both
ways worked.
For interactive mode please use option "a) Management User" which is the
the default for non-interactive mode.
Before changing the provider to RBAC, be sure to
1. Add the user that you’ve added with the add-user.sh script in the
admin console and
2. Assign the Administrator or SuperUser role to that user
