The billing feature has not yet been implemented. It is something that is
on the roadmap.
If billing is something you require sooner than we will be supporting it,
you would need to implement something yourself. There are a few options
for how you could do this, including a custom policy or leveraging the
metrics information that will be available in version 1.1.4.Final.
Simple data accumulation for billing purposes is targeted for version 1.2,
which is a couple of months away.
