That makes sense. I do think a JIRA feature request would be great. I
can add it myself, of course, but if you wouldn't mind taking a couple
minutes to create it I would prefer that (for tracking purposes).
If not, that's fine too just let me know. :)

Not at present, no. That would be a very simple policy to
implement, however. If you do not have the desire to implement your
own custom policy for that, please do not hesitate to add a JIRA
feature request:
