The guards were improved as follows:
{{guardXhr}} waits for xhr.readyState==4 ("done") and additionally it intercepts
all asynchronous callbacks ({{setTimeout}}) created in scope of AJAX asynchronous
callback.
{{guardHttp}} not waits for {{document.readuState=='complete'}}
