I missed it because it was described as a dependency on CDI rather than just on
javax.inject.

The OpenEJB enricher should not blow up when javax.inject.Inject is not on the classpath.
It should first check if it's available, then attempt to use it. Please doing pure EJB
testing are not going to want to have to add this dependency just to make Ike happy.
