agent library to actually fetch the metrics and send to Hawkular Metrics.
We have part of that already - Micke's hawkular-client-go library sends to Hawkular
Metrics.
We could split out the prometheus scraping code that currently exists in the Go agent for
a "fetch the metrics" library.
