There is Heapster reading from cAdvisor, and then there is the
Heapster
sink for Hawkular Metrics, is it what you have in mind ?
For some reason I thought we (Hawkular team) also wrote a cadvisor client, too (that
actually makes the HTTP requests to cadvisor and pulls the stats down).
