[Hawkular-dev] hawkular-openshift-agent now supports jolokia endpoints

Hawkular OpenShift Agent now supports Jolokia endpoints. This means we can now scrape metrics from both Prometheus endpoints and Jolokia endpoints running inside OpenShift pods (it also supports endpoints if the agent is running outside OS, too). This PR needs to be reviewed and merged for this feature to get in: https://github.com/hawkular/hawkular-openshift-agent/pull/10 There are several issues that need to be addressed to further build out this agent.
