[Hawkular-dev] hawkular-alerts integration with prometheus, elasticsearch, kafka

I wrote a blog to demo hAlerts and its integration with Prometheus, ElasticSearch, and Kafka, showing how we can fire alerts and notifications based on things happening with Prometheus metrics, ElasticSearch logs, and Kafka stream data.
