The Hawkular Monitor agent is now integrated in kettle. When you build kettle, along with all the other stuff, you will get a new subsystem extension installed which will collect metrics from the kettle instance itself. It stores data directly to Hawkular-Metrics and sends a bus message so alerts can do stuff with it. You will see nothing in the UI regarding this stuff - but every 5 minutes you should see some diagnostics in your log file. And nothing has yet been done wrt inventory integration.
