Please find attached a org.hibernate.transaction.TransactionManagerLookup implementation
for BTM (http://docs.codehaus.org/display/BTM/).
It has no direct dependency on any class as it uses reflection to get a transaction
manager reference. Code is trivial, it is a single class that should be added to
org.hibernate.transaction package.
