Shall we just drop support for SkipByDialect ? I see no point in testing OGM in different
relational profiles; we can then add a similar functionality to have tests executed only
in some NoSQL stores, like it would have been handy to have to disable relational tests on
Mongo.
Avoid the need to set the hibernate.dialect in configuration
