If we are using an InnoDB based MySQL DB the table type the the 'hi-lo' table is not created with the correct type. It appears that a create statement is being generated in the TableCreator, but it is not passing appending the engine type. It also isn't inserting any schema or catalogue information but this wasn't causing me any problems.
