currently JDBCMetaDataDialect lookup tables, columns etc. verbatim even though the db
might not support mixedcase lookups (e.g. "Category" instead of
"CATEGORY" when db stores identifiers in uppercase)
we should contact DatabaseMetaData to do proper casing.
