No probs:
1) I'm actually running hibernate-tools from Maven by using the
maven-hibernate3-plugin [1]. It was using the setJdk5 method, but I'll patch it to
use the jdk5 property instead.
2) I really wanted to, but as you know I've been unable to run the tests successfully
from a fresh checkout. I also couldn't see any extensive tests for hbm2doc, so I was
unaware of it's status. I've managed to run DocExporterTest without any problems
and have seen your new test, so I'll base any future tests on this.

Generic types are unescaped in the entity property view, and thus are visible in the
source but not in the browser. The attached patch uses ?html to escape all output from
getJavaTypeName.
