I'd be glad to implement it and had sent some proposals but we couldn't agree on
the API this should have. Please join the discussions, and let me know how you think this
should work, and how it would look like to use it. I'd appreciate some use cases
examples as well.

I was discussion the MassIndexer API. It would be nice to be able to filter the list of
Entity ids to reindex based on a query:
For example
select u.id from User u where u.lastUpdate >= :yesterday
or sue some kind of other flag.
This would be a nice useful trick.
