I'm updating a modified dialect that fixes an issue with the offset. With jpa the
offset is zero based where mssql's ROW_NUMBER() function starts with 1. The dialect
uses TOP when no offset is provided (using the getLimitString of it's superclass) and
only changes the sql when the offset is greater than 1.
