When a compound key containing a many-to-one is part of a result set, but null,
Loader.extractKeysFromResultSet invokes new EntityKey on it
Loader.java, l 688:
keys[targetIndex] = new EntityKey( targetId, persisters[targetIndex],
session.getEntityMode() );
when targetId is null, this should not be called.
