I took your work and refactored it a little to be able to be able to reuse the work for
the CreditCard constraint as well. What do you think?
Any chance you could provide validation error messages (at least in Brazilian, but maybe
some appropriate English version as well)? Also an update to the documentation would be
great. With these two things in place I think we are ready to finally pull this in.

It would be nice to add support for the MOD11 algorithm. It is described on

and it is widely used on Brazil, such as CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física -
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cadastro_de_Pessoas_F%C3%ADsicas), CNPJ (Cadastro de Pessoa
Jurídica - National Registry of Corporations) and Título de Eleitor (Voter ID card)
