done in head and trunk.
had to change ehcacheprovider to handle a change in the exception signature of methods on
Cache.
This should not be a problem since ehcache distributed with h3.2 was not ehcache1.2 but
something "older" since ehcache 1.2 releases according to their svn log never
contained that signature.

correction:
ehcache 1.2 had Cache.removeAll throw IOExcpetion
ehcache 1.2.1 have Cache.removeAll without throw of IOException
great...not much we can do about that.
