Thus far, I haven't been able to track down the pattern, but it's happened on four separate occassions now. Essentially, Eclipse crashes and when I open it back up and switch to the HIbernate Console perspective the HIbernate Configurations view is empty. I have to then go and re-add all of my configurations again - not fun.
