Welkin Hu commented on HHH-2394:
--------------------------------
Hibernate 3 does not supports filter tag in subclass (includes union-subclass,
joined-subclass) yet.
I think this feature is very useful. For example, There is a class which includes many
types and totally billions of records.
In this case I do not want create a root table for all types. I rather to apply per
concrete class per table strategy, create one abstract class and some union-subclass.
I defined a filter for object's permission checking. Since every object type have its
own table, I have to define the filter in each union-subclass.
Is it correct?
