The rhq-pluginAnnotations and rhq-pluginGen dependencies should be dropped since we can
generate the required RHQ plugin descriptor using our own ManagedOperation and
ManagedAttribute annotations.
This will also remove the requirement to carry rhq-pluginAnnotations around to workaround
a Java compiler bug
