Bug has been fixed. There was no method in the interceptor do deal with ClearCommands. As
a result, one has been put in and there is a test for it in the Local and Clustered
versions of the cache for the query module.
Cache clear() doesn't remove entries from Lucene

Calling cache.clear(), then adding entries to the cache, and then querying the cache
returns the entries that were part of the cache before clear was called as well as any
newly entered values.
