> Using RadarGun and two nodes to execute the example WordCount Map/Reduce job against a cache with ~550 keys with a value size of 1MB is producing a thread deadlock. The cache is distributed with transactions disabled.
> TCP transport deadlocks without throwing an exception. Disabling the send queue and setting UNICAST2.conn_expiry_timeout=0 prevents the deadlock, but the job does not complete. The nodes send "are-you-alive" messages back and forth, and I have seen the following exception:

Since AutoCloseable is a superinterface of Closeable in JDK7, we can just implement the latter

[JBoss JIRA] (ISPN-2879) Have CacheQuery implement AutoCloseable
by Sanne Grinovero (JIRA)
Sanne Grinovero created ISPN-2879:
-------------------------------------
Summary: Have CacheQuery implement AutoCloseable
Key: ISPN-2879
URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ISPN-2879
Project: Infinispan
Issue Type: Enhancement
Components: Querying
Reporter: Sanne Grinovero
Assignee: Sanne Grinovero
Priority: Minor
Fix For: 6.0.0.Beta1
Assuming we'll baseline on Java7, it would be very nice to have the following code valid and changing the default Fetch to LAZY:
{code}
Query query = queryBuilder.all().createQuery();
CacheQuery cacheQuery = searchManager.getQuery(query, Bean.class);
for (Object object : cacheQuery) {
...
}{code}
the problem is the implicit iterable opened needs to be closed.

[JBoss JIRA] (ISPN-2836) org.jgroups.TimeoutException after invoking MapCombineCommand in Map/Reduce task with 2 nodes
by Bela Ban (JIRA)
[ https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ISPN-2836?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.... ]
Bela Ban commented on ISPN-2836:
--------------------------------
Alan,
this could have been fixed by JGRP-1549. You could try JGroups 3.3.0.Beta1 to see if it fixes the problem. 3.3.0.Beta1 should be backwards compatible with any 3.2 release.
