Phil, could you please run the cloud integration tests using real cloud providers and not

BZip seems to be causing some problems with Rackspace and S3. Tests run fine if I disable
compression.

JDK's GZipInpuStream contains an unfixed bug and sometimes raise an EOFException (the
fix is to ignore this exception).
Switched to Commons BZip2InputStream instead.
