We can attempt to mitigate these kinds of situations but it is better to make a generic
fix - wait for full cache startup before allowing incoming remote invocations.

In some cases Mapper being executed on remote nodes might produce intermediate KOut/VOut
pairs where VOut is null. Should allow/account for that possibility? Currently such tasks
fail with NPE.
