Workaround Description: Avoid having expiration and eviction on for the default cache.
(was: Create a named cache with '___hotRodTopologyCache' name and configure it
with sync repl and no eviction. That way you can keep your default cache as is.)

Impose limits on Hot Rod topology cache in order to avoid default cache having eviction
and cluster view being expired.
On top of that, topology cache should be configured with REPL_SYNC.
