The root cause of the problem is in DistributionManagerImpl.rehash(...): - the list of leavers is determined as follows: Address leaver = MembershipArithmetic.getMemberLeft(oldMembers, newMembers); - this method always assumes a single leaver, but there can be many. Unit test attached.
